The culture and traditions of the Middle East will be celebrated during this year’s Arab Heritage Festival on Sunday, July 18, at Tibbetts Brook Park in Yonkers.
From 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., visitors of all ages can enjoy Middle Eastern music and other live entertainment as they browse vendors offering Arabic food, pastries, costumes, fashions and arts and crafts.
Admission and parking for the festival are free; however, carpooling or public transportation is recommended. The event will be held rain or shine.
The festival is presented by Westchester County Parks. It is sponsored by the Arab-American Council, Inc., the National Muslim Merchants Association, and the Arab American Institute.
Tibbetts Brook Park is located on Midland Avenue in Yonkers.
