Mount Vernon, NY and Pelham Manor, NY, July 28, 2010 -- The Fulton Avenue Drawbridge between Secor Lane and Edison Avenue in Mt. Vernon and Pelham Manor will re-open to vehicular and pedestrian traffic tonight, July 28 at approximately 7 p.m.
The bridge was closed due to emergency bridge repairs.
