NEW ROCHELLE, NY, July 27, 2010 -- The commercial real estate firm of Goldschmidt & Associates (www.ga-re.com) recently negotiated two long-term leases in New Rochelle, resulting in the establishment of two new businesses locating in Westchester County’s second largest city.
Cooper’s Corner Montessori International, a Montessori pre-school and after-school private, for-profit corporation, will occupy the 3,700 sq. ft. school house building owned by St. John’s Episcopal Church on the corner of Wilmot Road and North Avenue. It is currently enrolling students for the school year beginning in September. The previous tenant, Mother and Child Center, ceased operations at the end of June. Rob Seitz was the exclusive listing agent who negotiated the transaction on behalf of St. John’s.

The new facility is expected to be operational by October 1.
