Bronxville, NY, October 1, 2010 -- “We are experiencing flooding in several locations in the village. Please avoid travel on Meadow Avenue, Paxton Avenue, the Pondfield Road underpass and any other location in the village where you see flooding. Please do not drive around or move police barricades and be alert for downed wires and trees. We expect several more hours of wind and rain and hope to restore normal traffic flow by this afternoon.
